Newcomer Women's Health Clinic

Please note that we are not currently accepting new patients to this clinic.

A nurse practitioner provides general women’s health care as well as cervical cancer screening, breast screening, testing for sexually transmitted infections, contraceptive (birth control) counseling. You are welcome to attend the clinic for a single visit, or multiple visits for up to 2 years.

You may attend this clinic if you are:

  • New to Canada (less than 5 years)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have no regular healthcare provider

Friends, family, or service providers may book an appointment on behalf of a woman who is unable or uncomfortable speaking English. Medical interpreters are available for women who need assistance during their clinic visit.
