Coping with Ending a Pregnancy

It is normal to grieve the loss of any pregnancy. You may have mixed feelings including: sadness, anger, relief, guilt or shame. Here are some resources to help you through these difficult feelings.

CARE program patients have access to short-term grief counselling. 

Women and their partners in BC that are grieving the loss of a pregnancy or baby can join the Biweekly Perinatal Loss Support Group in-person (call 604.875.3788).
