Tamiko200TamikoThank you registered nurse Tamiko for the post op care I received. Your kindness and care goes a long way and it does not go unnoticed!12/04/2024 11:52:00 PM
Anonymous199AnonymousI had to get a breast biopsy done on April 3. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor were really wonderful, which I appreciate so much. During the procedure I became really anxious and teary, and the doctor and nurses were very understanding and very supportive, as was the nurse following the procedure. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are very special people. 05/04/2024 4:42:19 AM
Kate198KateI had a steterotactic biopsy today at BCWH and was quite nervous. Every person I encountered was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated the trauma informed care and the professionalism while being so kind and caring. It meant a lot that they checked in with me a lot and explained everything to me as they were doing what they needed to do. Thank you so much for making a hard thing easier. 13/01/2024 1:27:05 AM
Rick197RickDr. Carolyn Lee has been treating my daughter for complex health issues. I want Dr. Lee to know that when she is so caring, competent and thorough, the benefits accrue to more than just the patient. Our family cares so very deeply about our daughter, and therefore we are all beneficiaries of Dr. Lee's (and her staff) powerful combination of competence and humanity.05/01/2024 7:13:11 PM
Anonymous196AnonymousI just wanted to thank the entire CARE team for providing such high quality and caring care during my termination in early November. It is certainly a difficult time in our lives to be there, and it is so important to have supportive and sensitive staff to make what could be a traumatic experience so much more manageable. Thank you, I and so many others will appreciate it the rest of our lives. 11/12/2023 7:03:12 PM
LK195LKI had my first born in August 2023. Not only did they treat me with care and patience, they were also so professional and diligent. Thank you to all who have made our first-time labour experience so great. We are grateful for having this hospital in Vancouver.06/12/2023 2:53:52 AM
Anonymous194AnonymousI recently had to have a breast biopsy. I was seen on time with no waiting. The nurses and doctor went through exactly what they were going to do and were doing at any given moment and made what could have been a stressful and nerve-wracking procedure remarkably calm. 02/08/2023 6:28:30 PM
M193MThank you to everyone who helped me when I had a minor procedure performed in October of 2022. Everyone involved in my procedure was so professional, attentive, and kind. Claire Parrish192Claire ParrishThank you to the nurses in the Arbutus recovery ward, in particular, Lauren and Kelly, who cared for myself and my baby so diligently during their shifts. They were knowledgable, pragmatic, caring and helped us understand all of our options with regards to postpartum health, including baby feeding. Una, Colin and I will be forever grateful.01/05/2023 9:52:08 PM
