We provide gynecological care for people who are unable to access these services in their primary care provider’s office or clinic due to complex care needs.
This typically includes people living with physical or intellectual disabilities; people who have had previous traumatic pelvic exams; people with a history of sexual abuse/assault; or people with obesity who need an accessible exam table.
We accept self-referrals or referrals from health care professionals.
To make a referral, please fax a completed
referral form (PDF) and any relevant supporting documentation to 778-504-9804.
Our nursing team reviews referrals. We triage patient referrals based on symptomology, diagnosis and nature of disability.
Medical offices inquiring about the status of a referral may contact reception at 604-875-3290.
Once you have submitted your referral, no further action is required. We will contact patients directly for an appointment.
