We are listening

Serving patients and supporting their families is what we do. At the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), we are putting patients and their families at the centre of everything we do – and we are committing to it in policy.

We need your voice, experiences (good and bad), and your insights to ensure that our new Patient and Family Inclusivity Policy is rooted in the patient, family member and informal caregiver realities. We are listening.

We are hosting a number of open sessions and we invite you to join us.
