Location & Times

Our clinic is located at the BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre, 4500 Oak Street (Between Oak and Heather Streets, and West 29th and West 32nd Avenues)

We are on the 4th floor of the B West wing of the hospital.

There are two main entrances on site:

1. From the BC Women's Health Centre Entrance

Drive through entrance #3 on Heather Street near 28th Avenue
After you enter the main doors (Women's Health Centre entrance) you will be able to follow the signs to the Oak Tree Clinic
Turn left after entering through the large sliding glass doors at the BC Women’s Health Centre entrance, and walk down the hallway till you get to an intersection
Take another left and walk to the end of the hallway, where you'll find an elevator on your right
Take the elevator up to the fourth floor
Take a left out of the elevator and walk down the hall (about 25 meters)
The Oak Tree Clinic will be on your left.

2. From BC Children's Hospital main lobby entrance (Use this entrance if you take the bus and get off on Oak Street.)

From the main lobby (beside the Second Cup coffee kiosk and BC Children’s Auxiliary Gift Shop) turn left and walk towards BC Women's Hospital.
About halfway down the hall you will see a sign that says "GI Endoscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, Human Resources”. Turn left.
After walking through three sets of doors, at the end of this hall you will turn right and see an elevator (S15) on your left.
Take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Exit the elevator and turn left. Walk down the hall till you see the Oak Tree Clinic on your right.

If you get lost, call us at (604) 875-2212 and we can meet you and bring you to the clinic. You can use the telephones in the hallways and at the hospitals’ main entrance doors.

Parking

There is pay parking on site. You should give yourself some extra time to find parking before your appointment.

There is very limited street parking around the hospitals and it is strictly regulated by the City of Vancouver. Be careful not to park in Residential Only areas; tow trucks monitor these areas closely!

Clinic Times

Our clinic reception is open Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (except statutory holidays).

You can book an appointment through reception at (604) 875-2212 at the following times:

Monday	1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday	9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday	9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday	9 a.m. to 12 noon
Friday	Emergency appointments only

In case of emergencies:

There is a doctor on call. Information about who is on call is on the voice mail announcement at (604) 875-2212.

For adult patients, please call the infectious diseases physician on call at St. Paul's Hospital: (604) 682-2344.

For pregnant women, please contact the obstetrician/gynecologist on call at BC Women's: (604) 875-2161.

For children, please call the pediatric infectious diseases physician on call at BC Children's Hospital: (604) 875-2161.
