Sunny Hill
Social workers at Sunny Hill Health Centre are professionally trained to assist families of children who have special needs. We are part of the Health Centre team and support the principles of Family-Centred Care. A family who has a social, emotional, family or financial problem accompanying an illness, injury or disability of a child, may wish to speak to a social worker as part of their child's assessment or treatment plan at Sunny Hill. We work with families on many issues and concerns including: Understanding and adjusting to a new diagnosis.
