As a young woman on the verge of, or in the midst of, puberty, you know that there are a lot of changes happening to your body. There may be changes or concerns that you don't want to talk to your mom or dad about.

- The Resources section will give you links to sites with information about general teen health, sexual health, youth clinics and HPV & Cancer.
- The Youth Pregnancy & Parenting Program provides teen pregnancy support and community resources.
- The Centre for Healthy Weights - Shapedown BC is a family-based intervention strategy for management of child and adolescent obesity.
- BC Children's Hospital, our partner organization, has an Eating Disorders Program that provides clinical services, education, family-focused child and adolescent health promotion, research and outreach activities for children and adolescents with eating disorders.
- BC Children's Hospital also offers a Youth Health Program that counsels young people about adolescent development, health and well-being, sexuality, and the transition to adulthood.
