The Communications department serves BC Children's Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children, and BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre. It is available to assist media with their enquiries. We value our relationships with members of the media and understand their needs for timely, expert information. A media relations officer from the department is available around the clock to help facilitate interviews with appropriate spokespeople and to provide accurate information as quickly as possible.

The Communications department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific time).
Media Enquiries
During regular business hours: call 604-875-2301 and ask for the Media Relations Officer.
After hours (on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week): call paging at 604-875-2161 and ask for the Media Relations Officer on call.
